Database backup rule

Tenant database backup is retained for review and recovery until the database validity date.

  • Daily backup runs at 12:00 AM.
  • Latest backup is available from the Subscribers list.
  • Old backup files are cleaned from the backup folder.
  • After validity expires, a final backup is created before auto delete rules are applied.
Functionality restricted after expiry

After the subscription expires, these write and output actions are restricted during grace and blocked during suspension. Existing records remain available for read-only review.
